First, Toad Extension has not been tested on RHEL/CentOS, but we are just starting, though RHEL 4 is not on the plan, only 5 and 6. RHEL 4 is very old already. Second, I am not sure about eclipse Kepler support for RHEL 4. When you look in the Target Environments of Kepler at www.eclipse.org/.../project-plan.php , you can find RHEL 6 in the matrix only. There may be serious issues already without TEE installed. When you have clean eclipse Kepler installation on your RHEL 4 system, do you get any issues printed in Terminal? Thank you!
