Hello suvi_rm, We use Runtime Intelligence by Preemptive to collect anonymous statistics on program performance. This means things like program start up time, which versions of Eclipse/OS/Java are in use, what parts of the program are used more than others, etc. This data helps us make informed decisions on where to put our energy as we try our best to improve your overall experience. The service is on by default and is not configurable. However, if you would like to block the page via the proxy, that's a suitable solution. I hope this helps!
