Hi Jeff, you did exactly what I did (only I have Oracle 11.2.0.1.0). I can see only the package spec and the same behavior is in Toad For Oracle 12.6 and SQL Developer 4.0.2.15. Please specify MYUSER. Which privileges does he have? Maybe this is the way to find the cause. I have a user with Connect and Resource privileges.TEE uses sys.all_source view. I tested with Toad for Oracle, it seems to use the same system view. Tom
