Forum Post: How to prevent Toad from moving .sql files to a sql directory?

I'm experiencing the same issue described here[1], here[2] and here[3]: the Toad Extension for Eclipse is moving some .sql files into a new "sql" directory, created under the project root. How can this be avoided?
