After updating to the newest version of Toad for eclipse, eclipse hung and would not get past Initializing Error Reporting. When I tried starting eclipse with -clean -refresh -debug -data {a new workspace} it did start, but I saw these warnings in the debug console: log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.dell.toadext.qp5.IParseTree). log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
